How to request deletion
Invii la richiesta a gdpr@myslotio.com. Indichi l’e-mail dell’account, azienda o sede se nota, e richieda l’eliminazione dell’account MySlotio e dei dati associati.
To protect the account, we may need to verify identity or authority before deletion.
What will be deleted
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize the user account and ordinary application data linked to the account where no further retention is required.
For a business account, we may need confirmation whether only a specific user or the whole tenant/venue should be deleted.
Retention exceptions
Some data may be retained for legal obligations, accounting, tax records, security, abuse prevention, complaint handling or legal claims.
Production data is usually deleted within 30 days after verification unless an exception applies. Backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle no later than 90 days after production data deletion.
