Cancellation and Refund Policy

Rules for cancelling a subscription, requesting a refund and accessing data after the Slotio service ends.

Effective from: 22.05.2026

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation is free and does not require a reason.

Monthly plan

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
  • Access to the service remains available until the last day of the paid period.

Annual plan

  • We recommend submitting cancellation at least 15 days before the renewal date.
  • Access remains available until the end of the paid annual period.

If a plan is set to renew automatically, it renews for the same next period after the current period ends unless the customer cancels it in advance. For an annual plan, we send a renewal reminder at least 15 days before the renewal date.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless stated below or expressly approved by the provider.

When a refund may be approved

  • duplicate payment or an obvious technical billing error
  • continuous service unavailability longer than 24 hours or cumulative unavailability longer than 72 hours within 30 days caused by the provider
  • a request made within 14 days after the first paid activation if the service has not been materially used; this is a business courtesy, not a statutory withdrawal right

When a refund is usually not available

  • change of business situation or user decision
  • actively used subscription
  • cancellation during a paid period without the reasons listed above

3. Data after termination

After termination or expiry of a subscription, data may remain available in a limited export mode for 30 days.

  • production data will be deleted no later than 60 days after the export period ends
  • backup copies will be overwritten in the normal backup cycle, no later than 90 days after production data deletion
  • we recommend exporting data before the paid period ends
  • statutory accounting, tax, security and evidentiary records may be retained longer where required by law or to protect legal claims

4. How to request a refund

  • write to billing@myslotio.com
  • include the account or company identifier, payment date, amount and reason for the request
  • we normally assess the request within 10 business days
  • approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to the timelines of the bank or payment infrastructure provider
