Export scope
Available exports may include tenants, users, customers, services, staff, bookings, payments metadata, vouchers, waitlist records, intake records and selected operational metadata, subject to plan, security and legal limits.
Formats and API
Exports are provided in commonly usable formats such as CSV, JSON or SQL-compatible structured extracts where feasible. API-based migration support may be available for paid or enterprise plans.
Timing, deletion and migration
Standard export requests are handled within a reasonable operational timeframe after identity and authorization checks. Account termination, deletion and retention follow the Terms, DPA and legal retention obligations.
Security, accounting, tax, abuse-prevention and evidentiary records may be retained longer where required or permitted by law.
