Metered usage
Usage-based services may include AI interactions, SMS messages, messaging channels, payment platform fees, advanced intake volume, API usage or other metered features displayed in pricing or order forms.
Limits and overage
Customers may configure limits where the product supports them. Usage above included limits may be invoiced after the billing period, limited, queued, disabled or moved to a custom agreement depending on plan and risk.
Disputes
Billing disputes must be sent to billing@myslotio.com with account identity, invoice number and the disputed usage item. Undisputed amounts remain payable.
