Role of MySlotio
MySlotio provides reservation software and technical booking infrastructure. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, MySlotio is not the provider of the booked service and is not a party to the service contract between tenant and end customer.
Tenant responsibilities
- The tenant is responsible for its services, prices, taxes, cancellation terms, opening hours, staff, resources and customer communication.
- The tenant must publish its own privacy notice, business identity and consumer-facing terms where applicable.
- The tenant must not use the widget in a way that misleads end customers about who provides the booked service.
End-customer data
For end-customer booking data, the tenant is normally the controller and MySlotio acts as processor under the DPA. MySlotio may also process limited platform data as controller where described in the Privacy Policy.
