Default restriction
Unless a separate healthcare or sensitive data arrangement is signed, customers must not enter health data, diagnosis data, special category data, biometric data, child data or similar sensitive information into MySlotio beyond what is strictly necessary for ordinary scheduling.
Approved sensitive-data use
Approved use may require a documented assessment, configured fields, stricter access controls, retention settings, staff training, subprocessors review and customer-specific privacy text.
AI limitations
AI features must not be used to make medical, diagnostic, treatment, legal or similarly significant decisions without qualified human review and a specific written approval for the use case.
